This amendment forms part of the Terms of Service below and prevails over any conflicting provision in them.
The statement “All purchases are non-refundable” in Section 5 applies to the initial purchase of The Live Selling System and Cadence, and to each subscription period already delivered. It does not prevent cancellation.
We offer optional recurring subscriptions. No subscription is created by purchasing The Live Selling System or Cadence. You are charged for a subscription only after affirmatively opting in, and the price and billing terms are disclosed before you make that choice.
Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support@digitalbreakthrough.com. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancelling paid community access returns you to the free community tier.
Cancellation is not a refund. A period that has already begun is not refunded.
Purchasers of The Live Selling System receive a personal referral link at no additional cost. Using it is entirely optional and is not required to use any product.
The “personal, non-commercial use” limitation in Section 2, and the prohibitions in Section 6 on revenue-generating use and on advertising or offering goods and services, do not restrict (i) sharing your referral link as permitted by these Terms, or (ii) reselling authorized by Certified Partner status under Part C. All other restrictions in Sections 2 and 6 continue to apply in full, including the prohibition on reproducing, redistributing, or sharing course materials, lessons, scripts, or coaching feedback.
Referral rewards, where offered, are subject to a holding period before payment, are payable only on completed purchases that are not refunded, reversed, or charged back, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms.
Two credentials are available.
A Certificate of Completion is issued to customers who complete the lesson sequence. It is a record of training completed and does not expire.
Digital Breakthrough Certified Partner is our own brand credential, issued to customers who pass every assessment checkpoint. It is issued by Digital Breakthrough only. It is not an accreditation, license, or certification issued or recognized by any independent body, and it does not qualify a holder for any occupation or profession. Certified Partner status is granted subject to these Terms and to any partner terms we publish, and may be suspended or withdrawn for breach.
References to “immediate access” are replaced by “access granted promptly on purchase.”
